Aura Pawtrait is the trading name of the business that makes these pieces. Our registered address is Science Building, Beijing University of Agriculture, Beiqing Road, Changping District, Beijing, China. You can reach us at any time at support@aurapawtrait.design. This satisfies the pre-contractual information requirements of EU consumer law.

Aura Pawtraithandcrafts bespoke jewellery from your pet’s photo. Every piece is made to order by artisans — nothing is mass-produced. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, write to support@aurapawtrait.design before ordering.

Because every piece is custom, ordering happens in two steps. First you submit the custom order form on this site (piece type, metal, photo, engraving, contact details). We then email you within 1–2 business days to confirm your design is workable, state the final price, and share payment details. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received; before that point you can cancel your submission at no cost.

Our artists prepare a digital design proof of your piece from your photo and email it to you within 2–3 business days of confirmation. We begin handcrafting only after you approve the proof. If a detail of your photo genuinely cannot be captured in metal, we will tell you and agree on the best interpretation before crafting.

• All prices are stated in euros (€).
• The price shown for your chosen piece and metal is final unless your order needs something outside the standard offering (for example, an unusual size or more than two pets) — in that case we quote the adjusted price in writing before you pay.
• Payment is arranged individually by email at confirmation.

By submitting a photo you confirm you have the right to share it (for example, that you own the photo or the pet’s owner gave it to you), and you grant us the right to use it to craft your order. We do not use your photo for any other purpose — see our Privacy Policy.

Each piece is personalised to your pet and made to your specifications. Under EU consumer law, goods made to the consumer’s specifications (customised items) are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. What this means for you: we cannot take back a finished custom piece simply because you changed your mind. In return we offer something stronger — our 30-day satisfaction promise, described on our Shipping & Returns page.

We craft every piece with care and stand behind our workmanship. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that piece. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Aura Pawtraitis established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the EU country in which you reside. Disputes may also be brought before the European Commission’s online dispute-resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
